Eudora goes Open Source & Searching

Qualcomm announced today that they are joining with the Mozilla Thunderbird folks to give their product Eudora over to the Mozilla Thunderbird which will convert the product to "open source." When something goes open source, it's dissected by many programmers around the world, then it's re-built and it usually comes out a much stronger product. Eudora has been the email client I've used for the past 10 years. I'm excited to see what comes out next year! Once the product is released as Open Source, Qualcomm will no longer sell Eudora commercially.

Cool Meta Search Engines
(where you can use multiple web searches at once)

Express Find - Loads of search engines, web directories, news, shopping. You have to type in your search term separately in each box, which is a bit of a hassle.

Dogpile - This contains the top 4 search engines: MSN, Yahoo, Google and Ask. You type in search engine one time and you get results from all 4 search engines.
